Top-to-Bottom Linkage System
This top-to-bottom linkage system is a complete set of transmission hardware specifically designed for multi-point locking of Screen Windows. It utilizes a long-rod linkage mechanism to drive the upper and lower locking points to extend and retract synchronously, enabling simultaneous locking at both the top and bottom of the Screen Window and ensuring balanced and secure locking force. As the core opening and closing component for upgrading hidden-screen and three-panel sliding Screen Windows to multi-point anti-theft locking systems, it is widely used in the installation of Screen Windows for both residential and commercial projects.
Multi-Material Composite Construction, Fully Compliant with Performance Standards
The drive rods throughout the system are made of high-strength aluminum alloy, offering excellent bending resistance and minimal deformation; core load-bearing components such as locking sliders and lock seats are die-cast from high-density zinc alloy; and guide and latch components are made of wear-resistant engineering plastics. The entire set of door & window accessories is manufactured in strict accordance with the QB/T 5338‑2018 industry standard for door & window accessories. It has passed a durability test involving 200,000 opening and closing cycles, with a locking force of up to 350 N. Additionally, it has passed a 500-hour neutral salt spray anti-corrosion test, ensuring it resists rust and remains free from jamming even during long-term use in humid environments such as balconies and outdoor areas, while maintaining smooth, durable, and stable operation.
Upper-Lower Interlocking Transmission Structure with Multi-Point Synchronized Locking
The transmission rod is housed within the cavity of the Screen Window profile and works in conjunction with the lock body’s fork. Operating the lock causes the entire set of drive rods to move up and down, driving the upper and lower locking points to extend and retract simultaneously, thereby securing both ends of the Screen Window at the same time. Compared to ordinary single-point locks, multi-point locks effectively prevent issues such as one-sided warping of the Screen Window and loosening of locking points, significantly enhancing the Screen Window’s anti-theft and sealing performance.
Concealed Installation Design for Convenient and Efficient Assembly and Commissioning
The entire set of components can be embedded and concealed within the Screen Window’s profile cavity, with no protruding parts, thus preserving the Screen Window’s aesthetic appeal. With precise component positioning and simple pre-assembly, installation can be completed without complex milling or drilling. The locking points can be flexibly fine-tuned to accommodate a variety of aluminum alloy Screen Windows of suitable thicknesses. Surface treatment processes can be customized according to customer requirements, making the system suitable not only for residential retail Screen Window kits but also for large-scale construction projects and complete hardware export projects.
