One-Piece Die-Cast Zinc Alloy with Stable and Durable Spring Return
The entire unit is formed through one-piece die-casting of high-density zinc alloy and features a built-in elastic spring mechanism that provides a responsive and stable spring return. It offers excellent resistance to wear and deformation, ensuring that repeated installation and removal over the long term will not result in jamming, loosening, warping, or other malfunctions. Push-to-unlock design for smooth and convenient installation and removal
The hardware features pre-drilled standard screw holes, allowing it to be secured directly inside the screen frame profile cavity using self-tapping screws. This enables quick and easy installation without the need for additional milling. When reinstalling the Screen Window and pressing it into place, the spring latch automatically retracts and snaps back into position to lock immediately upon proper seating. To remove the Screen Window, simply apply pressure to push the spring latch back to release it, ensuring smooth and effortless installation and removal. Surface colors can be customized to match the customer’s Screen Window frame color scheme, ensuring a harmonious and unified appearance, and are suitable for bulk supply with various types of concealed Screen Windows.
