These adjustable, retractable locking pins are manufactured using a one-piece die-casting process from thickened zinc alloy and are designed for use in pairs (left and right). They serve as specialized hardware components for multi-point locking systems in thermal break aluminum inward-opening, tilt-and-turn windows and system casement windows.
When integrated with a drive box, they enable uniform multi-point locking, significantly enhancing the window's wind resistance and resistance to prying.
Die-cast as a single, high-strength zinc alloy piece with a thick, sturdy housing. Withstands 100,000 cycles of telescoping and locking without tooth breakage, deformation, or loosening.
Factory-applied powder coating and fluorocarbon coating ensure a smooth, dense finish that is scratch-resistant, wear-resistant, and resistant to peeling or fading.
Available in mainstream door and window colors including matte black, matte silver, pure white, and champagne gold. Excellent corrosion and moisture resistance prevents rust and paint peeling.
Built-in wear-resistant black nylon buffer blocks ensure silent locking engagement, minimizing metal-on-metal impact noise.
