The entire unit is die-cast from thickened metal sheets. The substantial thickness ensures it remains secure when tightened, preventing the tabletop from loosening or cracking. The surface is zinc-plated for rust prevention, offering moisture resistance and corrosion protection; it remains rust-free and operates smoothly even during long-term use in humid environments. The curved interlocking design provides a large contact area, ensuring uniform gaps and no warped edges after assembly, effectively addressing issues such as uneven tabletop heights and excessive gaps.

1. Cushioned Rubber Pad Version: Features a black cushioned rubber pad in the center that absorbs shock during assembly, preventing bumps and scratches on the surfaces of solid wood, stone slabs, and lacquered panels; the curved track allows for minor adjustments, making it easier to level the tabletop.
2. Locking Clip Version: Features a built-in square locking mechanism that provides stronger locking force, ensuring stable load-bearing capacity and preventing slippage. Ideal for heavy-duty large slabs, extended conference tables, and thick solid wood countertops.
Easy Installation, Disassembly, and Adjustment
Standard screw holes are pre-drilled at both ends, allowing direct fastening to the undersides of the two joined panels without the need for complex grooving; the curved track enables fine-tuning of the gap and tabletop level, allowing for quick alignment.
