Founded in 2000, Zhenjian Hardware Technology Co., Ltd. is located in Cuishanhu New Zone, Kaiping, Jiangmen, within the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. Leveraging the advantages of the Bay Area’s door and window industrial cluster, the company has built a production system featuring independent R&D and full in-house manufacturing. It operates a standard factory covering over 10,000 square meters with more than 170 employees, including over 20 R&D technicians and a 150-member production team. The facility houses fully automatic stamping, die-casting, injection molding and coating workshops, as well as precision processing workshops for CNC machining, assembly and polishing.
Our production lines cover core processes including stamping blanking, die casting, injection molding, coating surface treatment, CNC precision machining, assembly and polishing. All procedures are completed in-house without outsourcing, guaranteeing consistent, controllable quality and reliable on-time delivery. We are capable of large-scale fulfillment for bulk orders.
For OEM & ODM customization and private labeling, we have dedicated production lines and service workflows in place. A standardized service system covers drawing sampling, custom mold development, pilot production verification and mass delivery. We have delivered professional, efficient one-stop private-label customization solutions for numerous brands at home and overseas.
