This small swing-style combination lock is specifically designed for aluminum alloy small swing-style Screen Windows and serves as a dedicated hardware component for opening and closing them. The lock body features a concealed long faceplate paired with a flip-style handle, and is equipped with a single-dial combination mechanism that allows the Screen Window to be opened without carrying a key. It can be paired with a top-to-bottom drive linkage to synchronize the extension and retraction of upper and lower locking points, enabling multi-point locking of the Screen Window. It offers secure locking and easy installation, making it suitable for both residential and commercial Screen Window projects.
Zinc Alloy Lock Body: Stable Performance and Durability
The main body of the lock is die-cast from zinc alloy, featuring a robust structure and excellent wear resistance. The product is manufactured in strict compliance with the QB/T3891‑1999 standard. It has a locking force of 350 N and has passed a durability test of 200,000 opening and closing cycles, ensuring stable operation even with frequent, repeated use. Additionally, it has undergone a 500-hour neutral salt spray test, making it resistant to rust and jamming even during long-term use in humid environments such as balconies and outdoor areas.
Single-Dial Combination Unlocking with Multi-Point Interlocking
The lock is equipped with a single combination dial; entering the number 6 unlocks the screen, eliminating the need to carry a key. It can be paired with a top-to-bottom drive rod to simultaneously engage the upper and lower locking points of the Screen Window. Compared to single-point locking, this provides more even force distribution, effectively enhancing the Screen Window’s burglary resistance and the seal between the frame and sash. The lock body panel is embedded within the profile groove, resulting in a flat, flush surface with no protrusions—offering a sleek and elegant appearance. It supports both left- and right-opening installation orientations.
